Sex Hacks That Really Work! 4 Tips & Tricks for Older Adults – Easy & Discreet

By on December 14, 2016
Need some help with your love life? Whether you’re looking to spice it up in the bedroom or struggle with certain health conditions, we’ve got some serious hacks that can help. Here are 4 tricks you have to try to keep your partner–and yourself–truly satisfied:

1. Become a caffeine fiend. The advice may sound strange, but it works, according to University of Texas researchers. According to one study, they found that men who drank between 85 to 170 milligrams of caffeine per day were 42 percent less likely to develop erectile dysfunction (ED), reducing sexual problems in the bedroom. Better yet, it worked for men who already have risk factors for ED, such as high blood pressure and obesity.

So drink up; whether it’s tea, coffee, or diet soda, you’re sure to benefit!

2. Try something new. Of all the factors that make lovemaking truly passionate, researchers say experimenting tops this list.

In a 2016 study, they found that couples that tried something new–whether that was going on a date or wearing something different–felt more satisfied with their love life, enhancing their passion. Those who rarely deviated from their usual routine suffered the consequences of a boring relationship, however.

So heed this advice; try something new with your partner for an easy way to boost your libido.

3. Go Mediterranean. This diet isn’t just great for a healthy heart, reveal researchers. According to one study, men who ate a high amount of fruits, vegetables, fish, wine, and olive oil, characteristic of the Mediterranean diet, had less vascular and cardiac damage, allowing them to perform better in the bedroom. Both of these issues can also worsen erectile dysfunction.

Dr. Athanasios Angelis, who led the research, explains the findings below:

“Erectile dysfunction is not a symptom of ageing, it is a bad sign from the body that something is wrong with the vasculature. The Mediterranean diet is associated with lower cardiovascular events and could be a way to help erectile dysfunction patients lower their risk.”

Now that’s a good reason to clean up your diet.

4. Eat a watermelon. Believe it or not, researchers say it produce the same effects as Viagra, seriously! According to a 2008 study reported by Texas A&M University, watermelon contains phytonutrients such as lycopene, beta-carotene, and citrulline–and together, this relaxes the blood vessels, just like Viagra.

Better yet? No side effects.

“Watermelon may not be as organ specific as Viagra, but it’s a great way to relax blood vessels without any drug side-effects,” says Dr. Bhimu Patil, director of Texas A&M University’s Fruit and Vegetable Improvement Center.
